Our Christmas Blend brings together three distinct coffees from Uganda, Ethiopia, and Honduras—each produced by communities who share a focus on quality and long-term sustainability. This limited edition seasonal blend captures the warmth and joy of the holidays with rich, comforting flavors.

The Story Behind the Blend

From Uganda: Sourced from smallholder farmers in the Rwenzori Mountains working with Agri Evolve. Grown at high altitude and naturally processed, these producers focus on improving post-harvest practices and reinvesting back into their farming communities.

From Ethiopia: Produced by Niguse Jilo and his family in the village of Halo Bariti, at around 2,150 meters. The farm is made up of small garden plots planted with local Kurume varieties, and each harvest is hand-selected and naturally processed with care.

From Honduras: Grown by members of COMSA, a cooperative of over 1,200 organic farmers based in Marcala, La Paz. COMSA is known for its regenerative approach to farming and its commitment to social development, education, and fair livelihoods for its members.
